This project was my final senior project, showcasing the skills I have developed through St. Edward's University. Seniors were tasked with developing a project with their own freedom. Being a designer and artist of many different mediums, I chose to create a project that would combine all of my passions into one. After researching and studying the design and creation of Album Packaging, I designed and created a physical EP including original music made for the project. I chose to focus on the genre of modern Drum and Bass and Breakcore with the goal of creating an original visual style that stands out yet holds onto the unique visual motifs of the genre.
The project spanned around 6 months and refined several times. Logos were created, designs were created and sized for CD cases, booklets were printed and bound, and music was produced within this time. When the project was completed it was displayed and showcased within the University's art gallery for several weeks.
